Mass Care Link Announces Regional Growth Strategy Across Massachusetts

Mass Care Link is developing a regional growth strategy intended to bring its Adult Foster Care team closer to the Massachusetts communities it serves. The plan builds on the organization’s statewide reach and its headquarters in Fall River.

A more connected statewide service model

The planned model organizes service delivery around Massachusetts regions, including Southeastern Massachusetts, Western and Central Massachusetts, and the Greater Boston and Northeastern Massachusetts area. As the organization grows, regional teams will help strengthen communication, local coordination and continuity of care.

Mass Care Link expects the regional approach to support closer collaboration among nurses, care managers, admissions staff, members and caregivers. It will also allow the organization to evaluate community needs and staffing priorities with a clearer local focus.

Growth guided by quality

The strategy is being developed in phases. Future office locations, staffing plans and opening timelines will be announced after they are finalized. Throughout the process, Mass Care Link will continue serving eligible families across Massachusetts.
