What does Adult Foster Care include?

Adult Foster Care provides an eligible MassHealth member with personal care and support from a qualified live-in caregiver, together with professional nursing oversight and care management.

Depending on the member’s assessed needs and plan of care, assistance may include bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, mobility, eating, cueing, supervision, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
