I have a great deal of compassion for our members and caregivers. This includes ensuring the quality of care the member receives; to something as small as a simple conversation. It's very gratifying knowing our members can remain in their homes with their loved ones due to the resources Mass Care Link has to offer.
Drawing on decades of experience serving her community, Michelle is passionate about providing families and caregivers with flexible and accessible home care options. As Mass Care Link’s Program Manager, she identifies our clients’ core non-medical needs and ensures they receive the necessary resources. Her work includes advocating for those seeking care, managing cases, connecting people with community resources, leading training sessions, and coordinating care.
A born leader, Michelle is guided by a mission to ensure everyone has access to the care they need, Improving the quality of life one person at a time. She shares that what attracts her to this work is “the endless chances to make a real difference in people’s lives.”
When she’s not busy with her duties, Michelle loves to travel, and spend time with her husband, son, daughter, and girlfriends, with special attention to her beloved Gus (her grand-fur-baby)!
