What I love most about Mass Care Link is the way staff collaborate, problem solve, and have an “all-hands-on deck” approach, ensuring that every need of our members and caregivers are heard and met.
With an over 15-year background, Katie has dedicated her career to championing those with Autism and other developmental disabilities from working 1:1 with children 3-years old and younger, providing early intervention services in their home, to working in the school system. She proudly holds a degree in Psychology from Worcester State College, which helped her develop a strong foundation of dynamic leadership.
For Katie, work is a gratifying aspect of her life. She is a beacon of enthusiasm, determination, and teamwork at Mass Care Link, always ready to lend a hand. More than anything, she cherishes crafting an environment where everyone receives only the highest level of service and fairness.
A firm believer in a tangible, on-the-ground approach, Katie was naturally drawn to a management position. Seeing the people she helps lead healthier, happier lives brings her immense fulfillment.
Outside of work, Katie revels in the simple joy of spending time with her friends and most importantly her dog, Dakota.
